Founded in 1974, Rapides Senior Citizens Center, Inc. has proudly provided 51 years of continuous congregate services to seniors throughout Rapides Parish.

 

Our mission is to provide wellness, recreation, education, and supportive services that enhance the quality of life for older adults in our community.

 

Through 17 senior centers and satellite locations, we serve seniors across the parish with programs that promote health, connection, independence, and dignity.

 

We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by dedicated staff, team leaders, coordinators, and transportation personnel who work daily to ensure seniors receive the highest level of care and service.
